Power Blocks is our signature private and semi-private training experience—designed to build real strength, improve performance, and push your limits with purpose. Each session is built around four focused blocks, each seven minutes long. You’ll complete as many quality sets as possible, moving with intention—never rushed, never random.

We kick things off with a heavy compound lift to fire up your system, followed by two blocks of targeted auxiliary work to develop strength and muscle where it matters most. The final block focuses on core and mobility, so you finish every session strong, balanced, and ready for anything.

As a Power Blocks member, you also get free access to our 14-week coach-guided challenges—designed to help you build strong habits, fine-tune your routine, and support a high-performance lifestyle inside and outside the gym.
