For starters our team training is not a group class! It is small group personal training! What does that mean exactly? What it means is we train up to only 4 clients at one time ensuring you are always getting the proper guidance you need from your personal trainer throughout the entire workout. Our main priority is teaching each and every client the concept of quality. Whether you need exercise modifications or additional guidance learning how to create the proper mind to muscle connection, we have you covered each and every workout just as if you were alone.  They key to creating and sustaining a healthy lifestyle is through education, constant support and most importantly, accountability!

Changing your habits (daily choice patterns) takes discipline to achieve and a true will to succeed. Your health is the most valuable thing you have in life and in order to reach the peak of your health, the following is a must!

  • Ask a ton of questions, always! 

  • Learn as much as you possibly can from your coaches!

  • Be patient with yourself as you adapt to new healthy habits!

  • Never miss a workout!

  • Log your nutrition at least 1 day per week! (minimum)

  • Believe you can accomplish any challenge standing in front of you!
