We offer classes for every fitness level! No matter if you are just starting out or you are just looking for a great workout to spice things up, our team sessions are perfect for you!  Each session is capped at only 7 people per session to ensure everyone gets the individual attention they need. Our Time Controlled Workouts are packed with a variety of fat burning exercises that are sure to help you burn more calories than ever in just 30 minutes! So between our small group sizes, our passionate trainers and our comfortable atmosphere, we are sure you will be more successful than ever here!
