Our Team Training is a great high intensity small group workout that consist of only 3 clients per workout. During this awesome 30 minute workout you will complete 2 - 14 minute rounds that include a gauntlet of different exercises that you will do for about 30 - 60 seconds each. Don't worry we let you rest! You get 2 minutes to rest and get water after every round. Not to mention our workouts are great for all fitness levels as you can choose as little or as much rest as you need with our different time intervals.
