Our circuit training workouts provide an exciting and effective way to boost your fitness! Each session consists of 7 carefully chosen exercises, each performed for up to 1 minute. You’ll rotate to a new exercise every minute, keeping the momentum high and your body challenged. This format ensures a comprehensive full-body workout, targeting various muscle groups and enhancing your overall strength and endurance. Plus, you’ll be working alongside a small group of up to 6 participants, creating a supportive and motivating environment where you can inspire each other.
