All of our workouts are intentionally small, affordable, and designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life. Drop in whenever it works for you, or commit to a membership to lock in your spot and stay consistent—plus, you can cancel your membership anytime with just 10 days’ notice.

Because our sessions are intentionally small, we only have a limited number of spots available. To ensure every member receives the attention, guidance, and support they deserve, registration is required to access our schedule. This helps us prevent overbooking and guarantees that every workout delivers the quality experience you expect—no compromises, just results.

No matter the workout, a coach is with you every second, guiding your form, offering modifications, and making sure you get the most out of every movement. All workouts are perfect for any fitness level, so everyone—from beginners to seasoned athletes—can jump in, sweat, and thrive!

We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget:

  • Sweat Thirty Workouts as low as $14 per session

  • Team Training Workouts as low as $18 per session

  • Power Blocks Workouts as low as $32 per session

  • Personal Training as low as $45 per session
