Cody teaches small group yoga which includes only 6 participants and is Baptiste focused. Baptiste yoga is a style of yoga where the poses flow from one sequence to another rather than holding the pose for an established time period. Each pose is connected through linked momentum promoting increased coordination, stability, core strength and best of all, mental clarity.

Regardless of your experience, Cody is able to help you master each pose and even give you modifications designed specifically to help advance each Baptiste pose based on your current abilities.
