Meet Emma, our client spotlight of the month! Emma has been training one on one with Sara since January. Emma has lost 15lbs so far and continues to crush her goals every week! She not only works out with Sara every week, she completes her workouts on her own and is diligent with following her meal plan. Emma has had multiple obstacles during the course of her training but her drive and commitment to herself has allowed her to overcome them and continue to come out on top! We are so proud to have Emma as a part of our Studio team! We can’t wait to see how much further she goes.
