SMALL GROUP DISCUSSIONS
Come join our small group discussions which are designed to educate, motivate and prepare each person with an unstoppable mindset to master their habits and change their life! Together with Jay Garrow and 9 other participants, you will experience the stories of others, learn new methods, track your current progress and even equip yourself with the right tools to make reaching the peak of success easier than ever before. They biggest key to success is community and through community we are able to manifest some pretty incredible things in life!
WHEN ARE THE DISCUSSIONS HELD?
We conduct our Fit Talks every 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month at 12:15pm. Our small group discussions are limited to only 10 participants at one time so be sure to reserve your spot as soon as your schedule allows. Active members have first choice to attend before it is open to other guests.
HOW MUCH ARE THE FIT TALK SESSIONS?
Our bi-weekly Fit Talks are free to all active members. However, our late cancel/no show policies still apply due to the small nature of the experience.
WHAT SUBJECTS WILL BE COVERED DURING THE DISCUSSIONS?
Jay will cover a wide variety of areas including mentality, habitual patterns, motivation, discipline, supplementation, eating choices, self love, organization, preparation and a plethora of other areas presented by participants and the areas they need the most assistance with.
