We offer classes for every level, and each session is capped at 7 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Our Time Controlled Workouts are packed with a variety of exercises that are sure to help you burn more calories than ever in just 30 minutes! Between our small group sizes, our passionate trainers and our comfortable atmosphere, we are sure you will love it here! 

TOTAL BODY

Our total body classes include a combination of strength and endurance exercises that is sure to challenge you both mentally and physically making you feel healthier than ever before! 

CRUNCH TIME

This class is a heart pumping combination of both core and conditioning exercises focusing mainly on learning to control your body and building your core strength. 

BOXING

Are you ready to learn the basics of boxing and get a great workout at the same time? This class is perfect for anyone, especially beginners to boxing! So let's strap up your gloves and let's get swinging! 

BANDS, BOOTY & CORE

In this class you will work with bands in which we provide for you, and learn exercises specifically designed to build your glutes and tone your core.
