HIIT 30 WORKOUT

Our HIIT 30 Workout is a unique and fun 30 minute high intensity workout that you can either do with a friend or another like minded motivated individual such as yourself. This workout consists of 4 intense rounds mixed with a bunch of awesome exercises that are sure to get your heart pumping and have you feeling stronger than ever before! You will complete each round for 5 minutes before resting for 2 minutes between each round.
