First we have you come in for a free workout with Cody where he will take you through the basics of boxing and ensure you love the workout. Regardless of your experience level, Cody will create a workout that fits your abilities but also challenges you both mentally and physically, allowing you to use your coordination and endurance like never before. 

CHOOSE HOW MANY SESSIONS YOU'D LIKE

We suggest starting with what you can fit into your schedule perfectly and master with even the busiest of schedules. Once you master your schedule, go ahead and add another one if you'd like. They key to success is progress and progress is made one step at a time. 

SET YOUR WORKOUT SCHEDULE

It's no secret that consistency is the key to success. That's why we recommend setting recurring session times with your coach so your appointments are always set in stone and you are able to build a mindless habitual pattern of action. 

THE COACHING PORTAL

We equip you with our all inclusive fitness app The Coaching Portal which is loaded with a plethora of tools to help you master your healthy lifestyle. With our app you can track your progress, monitor your daily eating habits and even complete workouts on the days you're not with your coach.
