CIRCUIT TRAINING

Never waste another minute wondering what to do for your workouts. Each day we set up new workout circuits for you to complete that are sure to challenge you and get you sweating! The best part is they allow you to go at your own pace so they are perfect for any fitness level. Circuit training is one of the best forms of body conditioning that involves cycling through a number of exercises with minimal to no rest in between exercises until the cycles are completed. The best part is you always have a certified (extremely passionate) fitness coach right by your side the entire time to help you with exercise modifications or just an extra push of motivation!

OUR WORKOUTS

CIRCUIT : 30

Our CIRCUIT : 30 workouts include up to 5 participants and are perfect for any fitness level. With this workout you will go through 7 different exercises two times before resting 2 minutes. You will then complete the 7 exercises 2 more times before completing the workout! 

HIIT : 30

Our HIIT : 30 workout includes up to 5 participants and is also great for any fitness level. It includes 4, 6 minute non stop rounds where you can go at your own pace to complete as many reps as possible within the allotted timeframe. Each round includes a new set of exercises challenging both your endurance and stamina. You will get a 2 minute rest period between each round. 

STRENGTH : 30

Our STRENGTH : 30 workout includes up to 2 participants and is focused on strength building exercises. You will go through 4, 6 minute rounds that include 4 different strength focused movements that have a set rep range for you to complete. No matter what fitness level you are currently at, this workout is perfect for you! Come enjoy the workout alone or bring a friend along with you!  

BARBELL : 30

Our BARBELL : 30 workout includes up to 5 participants and is focused on strength building exercises utilizing mainly a barbell.  With this workout you will go through 7 different exercises two times before resting 2 minutes. You will then complete the 7 exercises 2 more times before completing the workout! As always this workout is built for all fitness levels regardless of experience. 

BOOTY : 30

Our BOOTY : 30 workout includes up to 5 participants and is a lower body focused workout utilizing tons of different equipment choices. With this workout you will go through 7 different exercises two times before resting 2 minutes. You will then complete the 7 exercises 2 more times before completing the workout!
