SESSIONS

We bring the studio right to your backyard or living room so now you can enjoy our awesome time controlled workouts right from the comfort of your own home. Our home sessions are so simple as we come fully equipped with all of the equipment you need. Just make a little space for you to workout and we'll do the rest!

 

WE TRAVEL TO YOU

The best thing about our home sessions is our trainers travel to you up to 10 miles from our Tonawanda location. We do travel further, however additional travel fees apply.  So now working out is safer and more convenient than ever before!

WORKOUTS START AT ONLY $35 PER SESSION

THE SESSION

Our home workout sessions are only 30 minutes long so they fit perfect even on the busiest of days. 

WORKOUT SPACE

We recommend a workout space that is no smaller than 5' x 8' to allow a comfortable workout atmosphere.

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED

You need no equipment at all! We come fully equipped with everything you need. You just provide the space.

YOUR SAFETY

All of our trainers come fully prepared with their masks and cleaning products to sanitize before and after the session.

Some things are better together. Grab a partner and come push each other through our high intensity 30 minute buddy circuit workouts.  Everyday is a new circuit & a new challenge for only $17.50 per participant.

Here you will learn the basic understanding of what macronutrients are, how many you require to reach your desired fitness goal and how to track them to ensure you are successful along your fitness journey! 

HOW TO STRUCTURE A HEALTHY MEAL PLAN & STAY ON TRACK EACH WEEK

We are going to sit down and come up with the perfect meal plan with the food choices you love! No cookie cutter meal plan. This is something we build together and maintain together. 

HOW TO STRUCTURE A WORKOUT PROGRAM & TRACK YOUR RESULTS

Together we are going to analyze your fitness goals and come up with a workout program that is not only going to be highly effective but fun and enjoyable too! Then we will help you with the important part! Tracking your results!

Are you ready to learn the basics of boxing and get a great workout at the same time? This class is perfect for anyone, especially beginners to boxing! So let's strap up your gloves and let's get swinging! 

BUTTS & GUTS

In this class you will work with bands in which we provide for you, and learn exercises specifically designed to build your glutes and tone your core.
