Sweat Thirty is an electrifying, full-body experience built to ignite your fire and push you past what you thought was possible. In an intimate group of just 6 others, you’ll attack 14 dynamic exercises, one minute at a time, across two adrenaline-charged 14-minute rounds. The energy is high, the pace is relentless, and every second demands your best — yet it’s designed for all fitness levels, especially beginners who want a powerful, supportive place to start. It’s intense, empowering, and unapologetically effective — leaving you stronger, dripping in sweat, and walking out with confidence that lasts far beyond the workout.

Punch Thirty is a high-energy boxing workout designed to push you, challenge you, and fire you up from the inside out. In an intimate small-group setting of just 6 others, you’ll move through 14 dynamic boxing-inspired exercises, one minute at a time, across two nonstop 14-minute rounds. Every punch has purpose. Every round brings intensity. This session blends power, speed, and conditioning for a fast-paced, heart-pounding experience that builds strength, sharpens focus, and torches calories. It’s fierce, fun, and incredibly effective—guaranteed to leave you sweaty, strong, and feeling like an absolute powerhouse long after the gloves come off.

Each week hits every angle: upper body, lower body, and total body, with shifting tempos that include Strength Thirty, Barbell Thirty, Burst Thirty and more that ignite progress and push past plateaus. Our Semi-Private Personal Training is an exclusive two-person experience — train with a friend or one of our amazing members — designed for those who want more than just a workout. You’ll get personalized, results-driven coaching in a focused setting using specialized equipment not found in our other sessions. Every exercise is intentional, every rep coached, and every session built to maximize progress. No wasted time, no going through the motions — just high-level training, tailored attention, and real results.
