CIRCUIT TRAINING BUILT WITH YOU IN MIND

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Never waste another minute wondering what to do for your workouts. Each day we set up new workout circuits for you to complete that are sure to challenge you and get you sweating! The best part is they allow you to go at your own pace so they are perfect for any fitness level. Circuit training is one of the best forms of body conditioning that involves cycling through a number of exercises with minimal to no rest in between exercises until the cycles are completed. 

ALL YOU NEED IS 30 MINUTES PER DAY!

OUR WORKOUTS

TEAM : 30

Our TEAM : 30 workouts include up to 3 participants and are perfect for any fitness level. With this workout you will go through 7 different stations two times before resting 2 minutes. You will then complete another two rounds of the 7 different exercises. 

HIIT : 30

Our HIIT : 30 workout includes up to 2 participants and is great for any fitness level. It includes 4, 6 minute non stop rounds where you can go at your own pace. Each round includes a new set of exercises challenging you both your strength and endurance. You will get a 2 minute rest period between each round.

PRIVATE : 30

Our Private Workouts are dedicated to your specific fitness goals and fitness level. Here we will focus on educating you to live healthy, eat nutritiously and workout correctly. We even equip you with our all inclusive fitness app, build you a structured schedule and guide you with nutrition tools required!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Enjoy a new workout daily that you can do from the comfort of your home or gym with our awesome app. Each day we post new workouts that require minimal equipment for you to complete. They come ready with everything you need including a workout timer and video tutorials. 

NUTRITION COACHING

It's no secret nutrition is the back bone to be being healthy and that is why we make it a main focus here. When you work with us we focus on team work. Not only do we give you educational tools to succeed we also check in with you multiple times per week to ensure your own track and progressing weekly.
