The best part is they allow you to go at your own pace so they are perfect for any fitness level. Circuit training is one of the best forms of body conditioning that involves cycling through a number of exercises with minimal to no rest in between exercises until the cycles are completed. Here, we waste no time! All of our workouts are 30 minutes long which make working out more convenient than ever! Think 30 minutes isn't enough?! Here, we never train more than six rockstar clients at one time. This allows us to give you the personal attention you need in order to workout safely, effectively and stay motivated the entire time. You can choose between working privately with one of our expert fitness professionals or jump into our team training which includes up to only 6 clients at one time.
